Amazon Returns

For orders placed through Amazon or other retailers, please follow the returns process on the corresponding website. Orders placed through Amazon are handled by Amazon, including shipping, returns, and refunds.


30 Day Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This 30-day return policy applies in addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package.

Please do not send any items back before receiving our return instructions. Items sent back without prior return instructions may not be accepted or may experience processing delays.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost where required.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, special orders, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Except where required by law, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a clear withdrawal request within the 14-day withdrawal period. You may do so by using the “Request Withdrawal” function available on our website, or by contacting us at sunny@sunnyscopa.com with your name, order number, and email address.

Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal and the return is not due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost where required.


Original Shipping Costs

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the standard original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.

Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us may not be refunded.


Refund Timing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
